Are artists getting paid or donating their work fully?
It's totally up to the artists. Some are contributing all profits while others are giving a portion. Check product pages for details. Overall, we're friends who just want to support each other and the scene.

What happens if the venue/café doesn't open?
As determined as I am to make this a reality, I've thought deeply about this. If the space can't open, all profits will be donated to support folks who are incarcerated across the US. As someone who served several years (for a marijuana charge), I know how much this could help. Proof of donations will be made public on this site.

What's the difference between the Big Hug and Big Love tiers?

When will my order ship?
Records begin shipping around November 15. Hoodies will ship separately at a later date, which we'll announce soon.

Who will my package come from?
All orders ship from Back On The Grind Records in CT, the label I started after coming home.

I ordered a combo pack. Why did my record arrive without my hoodie?
Records and hoodies ship separately. Your record ships first, and your hoodie follows once they're ready. You'll get a tracking email for each.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Sorry that it's so much, that's not in our control. We are working on obtaining a cheaper international distributer for upcoming releases.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.
